- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with strategic objectives.

- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Strong knowledge of modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
