Job Description:

  • Coordinates the care of patients through pre-hospitalization, hospitalization, and post-hospitalization phases.
  • Analyzes root causes of problems using available data and implements effective, innovative solutions.
  • Organizes, coordinates, and prioritizes time and resources to improve efficiencies and overcome obstacles.
  • Participates in continuing education programs and departmental in-services to support professional development.
  • Facilitates open communication and joint decision-making with associates.
  • Models behavior conducive to a positive, supportive, and productive team environment.
  • Collaborates with physicians, administration, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to promote quality patient care and customer services. Develops and maintains close customer ties, articulating customer needs and managing priorities to meet expectations.
  • Promotes patient and customer satisfaction, resolving complaints and conflicts in a timely manner. Ensures compliance with licensing, regulatory, and accrediting standards within the department/unit. Participates in the quality improvement process for evaluating patient care and operational effectiveness.
  • Educates patients, families, multidisciplinary teams, and community entities on clinical issues and care processes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's in Nursing [Preferred]

Work Experience:

  • 1+ years position-related (Robotics) experience [Required]
  • 2+ years position-related experience [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$70,096.00 - $130,378.56
