Soft Services Manager

We currently have an opportunity for a Soft Services Manager.  Join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in the day-to-day running of the contracted Soft Services and the delivery service to a premium commercial building north of the Melbourne CBD. Reporting to Senior Facility Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

 

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

  • Achieve optimum results in relation to service delivery, vision and leadership, client relations, and financial management; ensure customer and client satisfaction.
  • Effectively organize and deploy resources (personnel, equipment, facilities, and capital) to deliver high quality service and products in line with client and customer expectations. 
  • Establish and sustain a productive relationship with key client contacts through day-to-day contact. 
  • Scrutinize cost of external contractors (e.g. waste, linen) on behalf of client to ensure the client is receiving the most cost-effective arrangement. 
  • Compile, prepare and assist with the Client Monthly Reports.
  • Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting to the FM and Management team.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Extensive experience in Cleaning and Soft Services.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Package including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent Time Management, Planning and Organization Skills.
  • Proven ability in the administration of work orders and supporting systems.
  • Experience working with and managing large teams.
