Job Description

Job Description:  

• Own the end-to-end delivery of large, complex transformation programs from strategy through execution and operational transition.  

• Lead ERP Transformation, Data & AI, and Application Managed Services engagements for enterprise client in Consumer Goods and Beverage sector.  

• Ensure successful delivery against scope, schedule, quality, budget, and business objectives.  

• Drive delivery governance, risk management, issue resolution, and executive reporting. 

• Drive Agile delivery methodologies and continuous process improvement. 

• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage emerging digital technologies 

• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and business leaders.  

• Lead contract discussions, Statement of Work (SOW) finalization, change requests, and commercial governance. 

• Collaborate with sales and business development teams on pursuit strategies, solutioning, and proposal development.  

• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing, globally distributed delivery teams. 

• Serve as a trusted advisor on industry trends, digital transformation, and emerging technologies. 

• Managed delivery portfolios valued at USD 30–40 million, leading organizations of approximately 900 –1000 professionals.  

• Experience delivering transformation programs within the Beverage industry is highly desirable.
