The practitioner actively monitors progress, aligns resources, and facilitates communication across various stakeholders to maintain project momentum and achieve desired outcomes efficiently and effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize project workflows and enhance delivery quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services.
- Strong capability in project scheduling, cost control, and risk management techniques.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports to support decision-making.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software to track progress and performance.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Program Control Services.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
