As a Room Attendant you'll be a part of a team that shapes the guest experience at Hale Hōkūala Kauaʻi, a new oceanfront destination overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Haʻupu Mountain. Located near Kalapaki Beach, Nawiliwili Harbor, and The Ocean Course at Hōkūala, this 210-room resort offers a unique opportunity to help launch a hotel that celebrates the spirit, culture, and natural beauty of Kauaʻi.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum one year of hotel housekeeping experience 
• Schedule flexibility

 

Classification: Full-Time

Shift Pattern:  Full flexibility (start time ranges between 8 am to 10 am), weekends and holidays are required

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Keep guest rooms spotless: Clean and tidy assigned rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep cleaning tasks as needed
• Replenish linens and amenities: Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials as needed
• Manage supplies: Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily
• Delight our guests: Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
• Manage waste disposal: Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas
