VP Business Applications

We are seeking a VP Business Applications to lead Ceragon's global enterprise applications agenda, act as a strategic business partner to executive leaders, and strengthen the connection between business processes, core platforms, data, integration, and AI-enabled capabilities.
This role offers the opportunity to shape a more scalable and strategic Business Applications function, working closely with senior leaders across the organization. The VP will drive major priorities such as ERP modernization, AI-enabled process improvement, global delivery maturity, enterprise readiness for future business changes, and stronger value realization from enterprise platforms.
This role is ideal for a business-oriented technology leader who can combine executive partnership, transformation leadership, operational discipline, and team development, while building an organization that can support Ceragon's next phase of growth.
Reporting to the CIO, this role will have broad exposure to Ceragon’s executive leadership and will play a key role in shaping the company’s enterprise applications agenda, including AI-enabled business process improvement and digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead Ceragon's global Business Applications organization.
- Own the enterprise applications strategy and roadmap, including prioritization, delivery governance, support model, vendor ecosystem, budget, licenses, and continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary Business Applications partner for senior business leaders, translating business priorities into enterprise application roadmaps, transformation initiatives, and measurable value.
- Lead the modernization and optimization of core business applications, including ERP, CRM, CPQ, HRIS, Finance, Operations, and related platforms, while preparing the organization for future ERP transformation.
- Identify and drive practical AI, automation, analytics, and integration opportunities, working with relevant domain teams to improve productivity, decision-making, process efficiency, and user experience.
- Work across Business Applications, Data / Integration, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity to ensure application availability, scalability, security, supportability, trusted data flows, and alignment with enterprise technology direction.
- Manage strategic vendors, implementation partners, contracts, renewals, application spend, and delivery performance.
- Support enterprise readiness for major business changes, including application assessment, system mapping, data/integration considerations, and transition planning.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, business partnership, and customer orientation across the global team.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading Business Applications / Enterprise Applications in a global company.
- Experience managing global or distributed teams, including managers or domain leaders.
- Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, HR, Sales, Services, Operations, and Supply Chain.
- Leadership experience with major enterprise platforms such as Oracle / ERP, Salesforce / CRM, CPQ, HRIS, Finance, and Operations systems.
- Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders and lead cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Experience with ERP modernization or large-scale enterprise application transformation.
- Strong background in application delivery, support, vendor management, budgeting, and business adoption.
- Exposure to AI, automation, analytics, or integration capabilities, with the ability to identify practical business use cases within enterprise processes.
- Experience in global high-tech companies is preferred.
- Experience supporting major organizational change, enterprise systems integration, or complex transformation scenarios is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
