• 日本語と英語による優れたコミュニケーション能力を備えており、顧客対応として日本国内のお客様と直接やり取りできること。

望ましい経験/スキル:

• MBA または経営、技術、エンジニアリングのいずれかの分野の修士号を取得していること。

• 技術プロジェクトの管理または顧客対応業務に携わった 5 年以上の経験。

• 部門横断型チーム（セールス、サポート、プロダクトなど）と協力して、お客様の成果を促進した経験。

• クラウド コンピューティングのコンセプト（ネットワーキング、Identity and Access Management（IAM）、コンピューティング、ストレージ）と運用フレームワーク（Information Technology Infrastructure Library（ITIL）、Developer Operations（DevOps）、サイト信頼性エンジニアリング（SRE））に関する深い知識。

• 優れたコミュニケーション能力と、変化の速い環境で複数の優先事項を管理できる能力。

Responsibilities

• プラットフォームの健全性指標とエンタープライズ対応計画に重点を置き、技術ガバナンスを確立して主導する。

• 詳細な調査やワークショップを通じて、Google Cloud のアーキテクチャとベスト プラクティスの導入を技術的なガイダンスで支援し、推奨する。

• 詳細なアーキテクチャの健全性評価を通じて、プラットフォームの安定性と卓越性を推進する。

• 戦略的な技術アドバイザーとして、信頼性に関する重大な懸念事項に対処して解決し、堅牢性、スケーラビリティ、復元力の高いワークロードのアーキテクチャについてアドバイスとガイダンスを提供する。

• 社内のお客様の代弁者として、技術的な障害を分析し、GCP プロダクト ロードマップに影響を与える。ワークロードの成功、安定化、継続的な最適化を主導し、ビジネス価値を維持する。
