Software Engineer - Remote

Role responsibilities

The role involves training and evaluating AI systems by solving real-world software engineering tasks across backend, full-stack, and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include reviewing, debugging, and explaining code while communicating technical reasoning and tradeoffs clearly in writing.

Requirements

Candidates need 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in at least one major backend or full-stack language. A strong understanding of software fundamentals and the ability to reason through unfamiliar codebases is required, with cybersecurity experience highly preferred.
