Job Description & Summary

At PwC We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to join our growing team focused on the developing, testing, and evaluation of Generative AI (Gen AI) solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with strong analytical and technical skills who enjoy exploring AI technologies, identifying potential issues, and improving the quality and reliability of AI-powered applications.

The position offers the opportunity to work directly with cutting-edge AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and GenAI solutions while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on innovative projects.

What You'll Do

• Perform end-to-end testing of AI workflows, pipelines, and GenAI-powered solutions.
• Identify, document, and communicate defects, limitations, and improvement opportunities within AI applications.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, Product Teams, and Business Stakeholders to improve the performance and quality of AI solutions.
• Analyze model outputs and provide recommendations to enhance effectiveness, usability, and overall solution quality.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities for AI-enabled products.
• Stay informed about advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and emerging AI technologies.
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices related to AI testing and evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Quality Assurance, Solution Validation, Data Analytics, or related technical disciplines.
• Hands-on experience working with Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, or AI-powered applications.
• Experience performing testing, validation, quality assurance, or evaluation of technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts and GenAI workflows.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile or fast-paced environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
