About BizzyCar
BizzyCar is a B2B SaaS company transforming the automotive care experience for consumers, dealerships, and manufacturers. Our mission is to simplify car repairs, enabling consumers to resolve issues like recalls without leaving home or work. Through our automated platform, we streamline the process from manufacturers to dealers to customers, significantly reducing notification times and making repair scheduling seamless. Dealers benefit from increased repair revenue and strengthened customer relationships, while OEMs avoid costly fines.
We are solving a $22B industry challenge, with over 70 million cars on the road having unresolved recalls. BizzyCar is a fast-paced, results-driven company with an experienced leadership team skilled in building high-value businesses. Employees enjoy competitive pay, equity opportunities, and medical benefits. While we’re a dispersed team, we prioritize collaboration and meet quarterly to maintain our strong culture.
About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on Full Stack Engineer to help drive BizzyCar’s growth and innovation. In this role, you’ll with a talented team of engineers responsible for building and optimizing our mobile and data-driven applications. You’ll balance strategy with execution — guiding architecture decisions, managing development priorities, and ensuring our products are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. You’ll play a key part in transforming business needs into scalable technology solutions, while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
If you’re passionate about solving complex technical challenges, and building products that make a measurable difference, this is an opportunity to help shape BizzyCar’s engineering future.
What you'll own
- Full stack feature development — Ruby on Rails APIs/services on the back end, Angular 20 on the front end
- Work that spans multiple BUs: Recall, Conquest/PV, AI, Service Engine, and other initiatives as priorities shift
- Core platform services that other teams (Mobile, AI, Data) build on top of
- Diagnosing and fixing issues across the full stack — tracing a bug from UI to API to data
- Setting technical direction as a senior IC — architecture input, not just ticket execution
- Mentoring other engineers, contributing to code review and testing standards
- Ramping up across multiple product domains rather than specializing in one
What we're looking for
- 6+ years professional software engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and Angular (v17+, ideally Angular 20)
- Comfortable working across the full stack, and across multiple product areas rather than one dedicated team
- Track record owning features end-to-end, from spec through production
- Comfortable operating with autonomy and ambiguity — this role will touch many parts of the platform
- Bonus: experience with fleet/scheduling systems, automotive SaaS, or B2B dealer-facing tools
Nice to have
- Experience with CI tooling (Semaphore, GitHub Actions)
- Exposure to AI-assisted dev workflows (Cursor, CodeRabbit)
What we Offer
- Competitive base salary $140,000-$150,000
- Comprehensive health benefits — medical, dental, and vision coverage
- 401(k) plan
- Paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays
- Career growth opportunities
- Ongoing training and development
- Supportive, collaborative team culture
