Senior Technical Program Manager- COGS

Project Management: Drive strategic programs that improve engineering processes and cost / operational efficiency across hyperscale infrastructure. Performance Metrics: Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and efficiency of cost efficiency initiatives. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, engineering, and product management, to align strategies and objectives. Represent the team in executive forums and cross-org collaborations. Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos). Experience working in a role where a team/organization conceived, built, operated, and evolved cloud services - including those which are ‘mission critical' with challenging availability targets, or services which have reached significant scale - e.g., hundreds of millions of users, millions of API calls per second. Possess technical acumen and an ability to translate what is really needed into clear requirements. Experience working in business and operational roles and managing programs that involve complex budgeting, revenue projection, or margin analysis. Ability to lead and drive consensus across team, leadership, and even organizational boundaries and to deliver outcomes - the scope of this role is division-wide. Experience working in the Identity and/or Security technology domains.
