Job description:

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot, React.js, and relational database. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of unit testing and follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles to deliver clean, maintainable, and reliable code.

Accountabilities:

Develop and maintain modern, scalable web applications using Java, React.js, HTML5 and CSS3.
Build and manage backend APIs and services with Java Spring Boot.
Design and optimize DB schemas and queries for performance and scalability.
Write and maintain unit tests and follow TDD practices throughout the development cycle.
Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers and engineering teams.
Optimize application performance and ensure high responsiveness.
Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
Stay up to date with modern JavaScript frameworks, tools, and testing methodologies.

Qualifications:

3 - 5 years of professional full-stack development experience.
Hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot API development.
Strong proficiency in Java, React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
Strong understanding of relational database schema design and query optimization.
Proven experience in writing unit tests following TDD (Test-Driven Development) practices.
Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
Proficient with Git/GitHub and collaborative version control workflows.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Bonus Qualifications:

Experience with Document Management System.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes.
Experience with observability tools like Datadog for monitoring, log management, and performance monitoring.
Experience with Python & Oracle.
Experience using GitHub Copilot and other AI-powered coding tools.

Compensation

Expected compensation for this role ranges from $ 80,900.00 - 110,000.00 annually. Actual salary offered to successful candidates will vary based on their skills and experience.
