Responsabilidades
Asegurar la operación del proceso de decorado, cambios de diseño con base a los estándares, procedimientos, controles y políticas establecidas por Crown bajo un proceso de mejora continúa minimizando tiempos, optimizando materiales y dando soporte a los mecánicos líderes para el logro de las metas establecidas en los indicadores operativos, el crecimiento, permanencia y rentabilidad del negocio, asegurando el cumplimiento de las necesidades de nuestros clientes.
Requisitos
•INDISPENSABLE Carrera Técnica en Mecánica Automotriz, Industrial, Eléctrica o carrera a fin.

The Deco Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of decorating equipment and machinery to ensure optimal production efficiency and product quality.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Perform routine preventative maintenance on decorating machines, including but not limited to, printers, labelers, and other specialized equipment.
* Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues on production machinery, minimizing downtime.
* Execute equipment changeovers and setups according to production schedules and specifications.
* Calibrate and adjust machinery to achieve desired product decoration quality and consistency.
* Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to aid in troubleshooting and repair.
* Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
* Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve recurring equipment problems.
* Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Job Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in industrial maintenance, mechanics, or a related field preferred.
* Proven experience as a maintenance mechanic, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment with decorating equipment.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
* Basic understanding of electrical and pneumatic systems.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in various environmental conditions.
* Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
