We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing team based in one of our offices in Saint-Priest, Cergy or Aix-en-Provence.
This role will focus on developing, managing and leading a network of commercial partners (distributors, agents, resellers, and specifiers) in order to increase Measurement Solutions France’s revenue, market coverage, and market share, as well as ensuring the commercial performance, retention, and strategic development of partners for MSOL.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Develop and expand MSOL France’s partner network by recruiting, onboarding, and managing distributors and agents aligned with business strategy.
- Build strong relationships with partner stakeholders, set sales objectives, conduct performance reviews, and support partner growth through training and incentive programs.
- Drive business development by identifying growth opportunities, managing sales pipelines, supporting strategic sales cycles, and promoting MSOL products, solutions, and services.
- Contribute to revenue, margin, and market share growth through the execution of sales and value creation initiatives.
- Monitor commercial performance through KPI tracking, forecasting, CRM pipeline management, risk assessment, and regular reporting to leadership.
- Provide market and competitive intelligence to strengthen MSOL’s position and improve partner effectiveness.
- Manage partners autonomously, ensuring achievement of sales and booking targets while maintaining alignment with company strategy.
- Ensure compliance with Emerson’s ethics, quality, health & safety, information security, and trade compliance requirements, including responsibilities as a Trade Compliance Gatekeeper.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Master's degree or equivalent
- A minimum of seven years relevant experience
- Extensive knowledge of B2B sales, industrial products and solutions
- Strong knowledge of indirect sales and partner network management
- Financial analysis and commercial performance management
- Strategic account management and business planning experience
- Proficiency in CRM or other sales reporting tools
- Strong communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Ability to travel , valid driver's license
