  • To be responsible for identifying and implementing optimized operational processes to improve
    productivity and efficiency.
  • To interact very closely with other departments of LCC, Implementation, Solution Development, Project Management and Business Management to aid the design of Integrated Logistics (IL) solutions.
  • To ensure that all processes are properly documented once optimization is approved and implemented.
  • To train all relevant staff in new processes in a timely manner including testing to ensure capability.

How you create impact

  • To deliver and deploy productivity management tools to ensure consistent measurement and monitoring of productivity at process and team level.
  • To constantly review all tasks within scope to identify potential opportunities for process improvements/optimization.
  • To prepare supporting documents and presentations to customer for approval of process improvement initiatives.
  • To ensure that the process is monitored after improvements implemented and track and record results to demonstrate success and/or enable further
    adjustments.
  • To ensure that accurate training records of all new processes/actions are kept accessible.
  • To translate operational process designs into applicable process documentation – process flows, Standard Operating Procedures, Working Instructions, etc and ensure that all such process documentation work is maintained and updated as per requirements.
  • To achieve project savings via Productivity Improvement Strategy.
  • To participate in designing, executing and documentation User Acceptance Testing.
  • To be responsible for internal communication processes and presentations related to key performance metrics, program updates and on-going program information providing tasks.

What we would like you to bring

  • A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 - 8 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably within the freight industry.
  • MUST be a Green Belt Six Sigma Certified or Black Belt Certified.
  • Strong automation, analytical, and project management skills, with expertise in process improvement and proficiency in logistics systems and tools.
  • Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions to optimize logistics processes.
