ATE Software Engineer (C# Development)

Role responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain C#/.NET applications to automate semiconductor production and characterization test solutions. Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to implement GUIs, data collection tools, and hardware interfaces for ATE platforms.

Requirements
