Role Summary

Seeking a seasoned Business Analyst / Program Manager through a strategic vendor partner to support delivery of technology and business transformation initiatives. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, structured analysis, and hands-on project coordination across business, technology, and other teams.

The candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to drive requirements clarity, delivery planning, and execution oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle activities, including planning, execution tracking, risk management, and reporting.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements walkthrough sessions.
  • Work closely with technology teams to ensure accurate interpretation of requirements and successful solution delivery.
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
  • Prepare status reports, executive updates, and governance documentation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, data, and external vendors.
  • Assist with UAT planning, test case validation, and release coordination.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or hybrid BA/PM roles.
  • Strong understanding of requirements management, stakeholder communication, and project governance.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with financial services, asset management, private equity, or investment management firms.
  • Knowledge of data platforms, reporting systems, or enterprise application implementations.
  • Exposure to regulatory, finance, or investment operations processes.
  • Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
