Hilton San Diego Bayfront is looking for a Kitchen Mechanic. Located steps from the Gaslamp Quarter and Petco Park and is the signature SoCal resort. If you have great communication skills, like to work with others and are a hands-on type of person who likes to fix things, we are looking for you!

6mo commercial kitchen maintenance required (Hands on experience)
Able to use power tools
Knowledge of gas and electric appliances.
Ability to read wiring diagrams
Electrical safety knowledge
Ability to read and research parts and operations manuals
Shift: Varies - AM/PM (to include weekends and holidays)
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Keep kitchen equipment running smoothly: Perform routine preventive and non-scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs
- Respond to service requests: Quickly handle team member work orders, repairing equipment and machinery as needed
- Document maintenance activities: Record completed repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
