Intake Support Administrator
Job Description
What is the opportunity?
This position is responsible for managing the receipt and distribution of all incoming electronic mail and paper mail within CCS as well as all operational support functions. This must be completed accurately and in a timely manner to support the uninterrupted and accurate coding of policy’s and disbursement of compensation to advisors and distribution and access of client information to advisors.
What will you do?
• Triage e-mail for Contracting and Compensation general mailbox, correctly distribute the mail and faxes based on advisor and type of request including error reports, co-ordinate and distribute all new business referrals, Agent of Record Changes, and assignments from multiple administration systems
• Process time sensitive tasks within specified standards such as Segregated Funds, Ready to Issue, GSI and NB referrals
• Pull reports from Apexa to ensure proper distribution, and send out daily BIC confirmation emails from generic mailbox
• Manage common areas to support privacy lock-up to include file rooms, cabinets and printers, and file scanning requests
• Management of all off-site storage and file retrieval to include file purges and off-site tracking documentation
• Partner with other members of the CCS team to effectively manage and resolve issues, escalate any contracting or compensation administration issue of concern as it affects risk, reputation or financial outcomes to CCS Management
What will you need to succeed?
Must have:
• Previous work experience in the finance industry with strong written, verbal and electronic communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work effectively with others and be perceived as a team player
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Good attention to detail and Strong time management skills

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is:
$40,000.00 - $60,000.00The pay range provided is for the primary work location referenced in the Additional Job Details section of this job posting. Pay ranges may differ based on location.
