Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to potential customers via telephone to promote and sell DBS Bank's consumer banking products and services
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns effectively
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer engagement
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the bank's customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the telemarketing sales function

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
• Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to changing business needs
