About You
 You have strong experience designing and developing backend applications using Python.
 You have hands-on experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
 You understand microservices architecture, REST API development, asynchronous programming, and
distributed systems.
 You have built and deployed systems on a public cloud platform, preferably AWS.
 You work closely with product management to understand customer needs and maximize the impact
of what you build.
 You build scalable systems that are performant, observable, reliable, and cost-efficient.
 You are comfortable supporting the services you build in production.
 You are comfortable collaborating with globally distributed teams.
 You are interested in learning, growing, and leading by example.
 Experience with Large Language Models, Generative AI, or AI-powered applications will be a strong
advantage

Requirements

 Engineering graduate with 4-5 years of industry experience building and delivering enterprise-class
products.
 Strong hands-on programming experience in Python.
 Experience developing and maintaining REST APIs and microservices.
 Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
 Familiarity with NoSQL databases, caching systems, or message queues.
 Experience with cloud and SaaS development.
 Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
 Good understanding of system design, data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
 Startup experience is a strong plus.
 Technical depth is essential to contribute effectively to engineering discussions and decisions.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly evolving business requirements.
 A hands-off or “not my job” attitude is an absolute no-go

Preferred Experience
 Experience building applications using Large Language Models or Generative AI.
 Familiarity with LLM APIs and platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source models.
 Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation, embeddings, vector databases, prompt
engineering, or AI agents.
 Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.
 Exposure to Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, or production observability tools.
