Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Administration : Support audits, purchasing tasks, and scheduling coordination Reporting : Assist with Legal Compliance reporting, including preparing reports and evaluations Communication : Help update the intranet page and enable clear internal communications Tool Support : Guide departments in using the Legal Compliance software tool Process Improvement : Contribute to adherence and optimization of ESH&E-related processes Further Information : Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time / Full-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.) Duration: min. 12 months Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Education : Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master in Business and Law, Law, Economics or Business Administration Teamwork : Collaborative working style and enjoyment of working with others Learning Ability : Fast comprehension and ability to pick up new topics quickly Resilience : Composed and reliable under pressure in a dynamic environment Multitasking : Confident prioritization and flexibility when handling multiple tasks in parallel Language Skills : German and English Additional information This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2026-05-01.pdf ). #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
