Your New Role...
Creative Studio EMEA supports the planning, production, localisation, and delivery of creative work across EMEA markets, languages, platforms, and partner teams.
As Operations Project Manager, you will keep Creative Studio EMEA’s delivery workflows moving by managing requests, trackers, assets, handoffs, vendors, POs, invoices, timelines, and blockers from intake through final delivery.
This is a hands-on execution role. Campaign Management leads the business relationship, strategy, creative planning, and approvals; you will focus on operational delivery, ensuring tasks, owners, systems, deadlines, and handoffs are clear and accurate.
You will work with Campaign Management, business strategy, creative teams, vendors, Finance, Legal, production, and operations partners to manage dependencies and maintain clear communication.
The ideal candidate is organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-moving regional environment.
Your Role Accountabilities...
Own day-to-day operational delivery across Creative Studio, managing request intake, requirements confirmation, task assignment, tracker updates, and deadline follow-through.
Translate campaign and business requests into clear delivery plans, tasks, timelines, handoffs, and platform updates.
Support PO creation, invoice processing, supplier onboarding, and documentation collection, liaising with Finance, Legal, vendors, and internal approvers.
Support budget tracking, spend updates, vendor cost checks, forecast inputs, and regular operational status reporting.
Maintain and optimise operational platforms including Monday.com and AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), and support the adoption of AI-enabled workflow tools.
Ensure quality across all operational processes, verifying that deliveries meet agreed standards and flagging risks or gaps proactively.
Lead process improvement initiatives, drive operational efficiency, and establish scalable workflows for new partner teams and evolving business needs.
Support tool implementation, workflow automation, and transformation projects impacting Creative Studio operations.
Support and track workload, capacity, budget usage, vendor availability, delivery risks, and service-level performance across all active workstreams.
Manage operational risks, dependencies, and issues across Creative Studio functions, escalating where needed.
Own team onboarding processes, maintaining up-to-date documentation, trackers, and knowledge base materials to support continuity and consistency.
Work closely with the broader Ops team to ensure aligned ways of working, shared visibility, and collaborative problem-solving.
Support the Creative Studio Dashboard initiative by consolidating data from multiple Monday.com boards into a scalable, centralized reporting solution, and contributing to the definition of frameworks that support both operational resource management and leadership visibility.
