As a Procurement Analyst, you will assist the Manager of Procurement Services in the day-to-day execution of procurement events. You will support both external customer engagement and internal stakeholders, with responsibilities spanning data preparation, managing rate submissions, system configuration, user training, strategy development, and presenting customer deliverables. Acting as a key point of contact and facilitator for project meetings, you will help plan and execute complex projects while balancing creativity, flexibility, consistency, and results. A strong commitment to learning, contributing to, and applying established methodologies across a variety of situations is critical to success in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring expectations are effectively managed.
  • Collaborate with customers, carriers, TMS providers, and internal teams to support successful project delivery.
  • Provide KPI analysis, benchmarking insights, and customer support throughout engagements.
  • Assist with project planning, documentation, communications, and resource coordination.
  • Lead project meetings, track progress, manage risks and issues, and secure stakeholder sign-off on deliverables.
  • Support the development and application of team methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of customer-facing documents and project outputs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Account Management, to support customer success and business objectives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and perform additional duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • High school diploma.
  • Experience in Ocean Freight Operations, Procurement, or Logistics.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies with a resilient, positive mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Solid negotiation and influencing skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in project management, process improvement, or supply chain/logistics environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, including interactions with senior leaders.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Demonstrated planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation Range

€33,000.00 - €55,900.00
