Job Description & Summary: The SAP MM Senior Associate is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Materials Management solutions. This role requires a solid understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle and the ability to contribute effectively to project tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams. 

Responsibilities: 

Support Project Implementation: 

Assist in project activities for SAP MM implementations, enhancements, and rollouts, ensuring deliverables align with quality standards and timelines. 

Functional Expertise: 

Provide support in key SAP MM areas, including Purchasing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, and Master Data Management, based on best practices. 

Process Documentation: 

Document business processes, requirements, and functional specifications, ensuring clarity and detail for project teams. 

Testing and Quality Assurance: 

Participate in testing cycles (Unit, Integration, UAT) and support quality assurance efforts by validating deliverables against requirements. 

Collaboration with Stakeholders: 

Work closely with functional consultants and other teams to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications. 

Continuous Learning and Improvement: 

Stay updated on SAP MM functionalities and advancements, including S/4HANA and Fiori applications, to enhance skills and contribute to team goals. 

Mandatory skill sets: 

Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 

Experience: 

4-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM implementation and support, with involvement in various aspects of the project lifecycle. 

Core Functional Skills: 

Strong knowledge of SAP MM sub-modules and the P2P process, including: 

Master Data Management 

Procurement and Purchasing Processes 

Inventory Management (IM) 

Invoice Verification (IV) 

Technical Skills: 

Familiarity with cross-module integration (especially with FICO and SD) and the ability to contribute to functional specifications and RICEFW development. 

Modern SAP Knowledge: 

Understanding of S/4HANA features and familiarity with SAP Fiori applications for enhanced user experiences.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment 

Working Conditions: 

This role is office-based within the SAP delivery center and may require flexibility to work across time zones to support global teams.
