Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives, business transformation programs, and organizational priorities.
- Translate business objectives into actionable execution plans while tracking progress against key milestones and outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives involving marketing, product, operations, finance, supply chain, technology, and customer experience teams.
- Analyze business performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend data-driven strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Develop executive presentations, business cases, dashboards, and management reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive execution of critical projects by coordinating stakeholders, resolving dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Monitor key business metrics and establish governance mechanisms to improve accountability and execution excellence.
- Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and consumer insights analysis to support business planning and expansion strategies.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable frameworks that enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Support leadership in annual planning, budgeting, OKR tracking, and long-term business roadmap development.
- Facilitate communication across business units, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities and organizational goals.

What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5+ years of experience inย Chief of Staff, Strategy, Business Operations, Management Consulting, or Corporate Strategy roles.
- Strong experience working withย D2Cย orย consumer-facing businesses, with a deep understanding of customer-centric business models.
- Prior experience in a leading consulting firm or strategic advisory role with exposure to business transformation initiatives.
