This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced team and make a positive impact on the people who bring this content to life.We are adding an HR Coordinator to our Sports Division in Stamford, CT. In this role, you will provide day-to-day HR operations support and help drive HR projects across hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, talent attraction, and talent development.Responsibilities:HR Processes & Data:Process HRIS transactions (hires, personal data changes, promotions, terminations, etc.)Serve as primary user for all HR systems: SAP, SmartRecruiters, etc.Run recurring and ad hoc reports and analyze HR metrics on attrition, performance, diversity, etc.Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Finance to field questions and resolve day-to-day employee issuesAssist with annual processes (performance review process, salary planning, benefits open enrollment, etc.)Stay current on new regulations, company policies, and proceduresRecruitment & Onboarding:Prepare job descriptions for open positions and post roles via nbcunicareers.comFacilitate the new hire onboarding process, including generating offer letters and processing background checksSupport SCORE onboarding activities by coordinating required documentation, tracking completion steps, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure timely new hire setupProcess new hires in SAP and complete I-9 verifications for new employeesProvide processing support for onboarding-related transactions, employee updates, and HR coordination needs to maintain accurate records and efficient workflowsOwn assigned client groups entry level hiring in partnership with HR LeadQualificationsWhat you’ll need:1+ years of work experienceBachelor’s Degree OR equivalent work experienceProficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookUseful experience:Transactional experience using HR systems; SAP experience a plusCome join us if you are:Able to maintain confidentiality and use discretionStrong in interpersonal & communication skills with an ability to interact with people at all levelsSomeone who demonstrates accountability, thinks...
