As an Accounts Payable – Senior Associate, you will specialize in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations within organizations. Your role involves assessing financial processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing solutions to streamline operations, enhance controls, and reduce costs. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and technical skills while anticipating the needs of your teams and clients to deliver quality outcomes.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Finance Consulting team, specializing in financial management and strategy. Within our Managed Services practice, you will provide guidance on financial systems implementation, process automation, and financial shared services. This position offers the opportunity to deepen your understanding of business contexts and develop your skills in analyzing complex concepts. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, all while upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client financial processes to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction
- Designing and implementing solutions to streamline financial operations and enhance controls
- Providing guidance on financial systems implementation and process automation
- Managing accounts payable processes and confirming timely and accurate payments
- Developing financial strategies to optimize client financial performance and decision-making
- Collaborating with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions
- Utilizing financial data mining and analysis to inform insights and recommendations
- Supporting financial statement preparation, review, and reporting activities
- Maintaining financial internal controls and compliance with industry standards
- Assisting in the management of financial shared services to improve efficiency and effectiveness

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5-10 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
