Senior Talent Acquisition Manager,
We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead high-volume recruitment delivery across the APAC region. This role is responsible for managing a team of 5-7 Talent Partners, driving hiring performance, and executing scalable talent acquisition strategies to meet ambitious growth and workforce planning objectives.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering recruitment results in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with experience leading large-scale hiring projects, workforce ramp-ups, and recruitment transformation initiatives. This individual will combine strong operational leadership with strategic workforce planning to ensure hiring targets are achieved while maintaining an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Partners, creating a high-performance culture focused on quality, speed, and delivery.
Own recruitment delivery across APAC, ensuring achievement of hiring targets and service level agreements.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to support large-scale, high-volume hiring programs across multiple business functions.
Partner with senior business leaders to understand workforce requirements and translate business priorities into talent acquisition plans.
Drive project-based recruitment initiatives, including market expansions, workforce ramp-ups, new site launches, and business transformation programs.
Establish clear team objectives, hiring metrics, and performance standards, using data and analytics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, assessment, selection, offer management, and onboarding support.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and high-demand roles.
Leverage recruitment marketing, employer branding, and sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets.
Ensure effective use of recruitment technology, market intelligence, and reporting tools to improve hiring outcomes.
Monitor recruitment performance, identify risks, and implement solutions to improve quality, efficiency, and time-to-fill.
Partner closely with HR and business stakeholders to ensure compliance with local employment legislation and company policies.
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent market trends, workforce planning, and recruitment best practices.
Requirements
8+ years of talent acquisition experience, including significant experience managing high-volume recruitment programs.
5+ years of people leadership experience, with demonstrated success leading teams of recruiters and driving hiring performance.
Proven experience managing recruitment teams of 7-10 recruiters or larger.
Strong track record of delivering against challenging hiring targets in APAC markets.
Experience developing and executing recruitment project strategies, workforce ramp-ups, and large-scale hiring initiatives.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior business leaders.
Strong understanding of recruitment operations, workforce planning, talent attraction, and sourcing methodologies.
Knowledge of local employment legislation and recruitment best practices across the region
Fluent English communication skills.
Based in Quezon City, Philippines, or Singapore
Preferred
Experience supporting BPO, shared services, technology, customer operations, or large-scale corporate hiring environments.
Experience leading recruitment transformation, process improvement, or TA operating model projects.
