The Role
The Global Ops Coe in Manila is a developing team about world class delivery, customer support, driving a disruptive shift in strategy, structure, systems, processes, and technology across the enterprise under GM Sales Services and Marketing (SSM) function.
As part of the transition of GM’s software platforms to Databricks and AI platforms - the team is evolving its data reporting, data analytics and overall data management processes:
What You'll Do
Unify existing sales reports into a single, connected view of the end-to-end sales funnel, enabling consistent tracking from customer traffic to vehicle delivery
Improve sales performance by identifying conversion gaps and inventory inefficiencies and enabling faster, data-driven decisions
Establish a foundation for intelligent analytics with standardized KPIs and AI-driven insights, evolving from static reporting to proactive sales management
Create a unified semantic layer on Databricks / Databricks Visualizer for consistent reporting
Enhance reports with drilldowns and multi-dimensional analysis
Design, implement and own the Genie-based agent layer for Q&A, diagnostics, and proactive KPI-risk insights (reactive and proactive)
Data Integration: Build and orchestrate ingestion using Azure Data Factory (ADF) into Databricks, including monitoring and error handling, combining all data streams into a central environment (Databricks SQL / Spark)
Data Modeling & Cleansing: Create consistent, validated data models for tracking operational KPIs across the vehicle sales funnel — traffic → delivery, sales conversion, and inventory
Dashboard Development: Design interactive dashboards for operational tracking/metrics and leadership executive summary, primarily on Databricks Visualizer (with Power BI where applicable)
Advanced Analytics: Conduct trend, predictive, and segmentation analysis across the sales funnel (e.g., which factors drive conversion from traffic to delivery, and inventory efficiency)
