Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled IBM OpenPages ORGS Dashboard & Reporting Analyst to design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics within the IBM OpenPages Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building dashboards directly within IBM OpenPages ORGS, creating insightful reports, and transforming business requirements into meaningful visualizations that support risk management, compliance, and operational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards within IBM OpenPages ORGS.
- Create operational, management, and executive-level reports using IBM OpenPages reporting capabilities.
- Understand business reporting requirements and translate them into effective dashboards and analytics.
- Develop KPIs, scorecards, trend analysis, and risk indicators for governance and compliance reporting.
- Configure and customize OpenPages dashboard widgets, charts, and visual components.
- Create reusable reporting templates and standard dashboard components.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, risk teams, compliance teams, and IT to gather reporting requirements.
- Perform report validation, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Optimize dashboard performance and improve report execution times.
- Support periodic reporting, regulatory reporting, and audit-related reporting requirements.
- Document dashboard designs, report specifications, and reporting processes.
- Provide user support and training on dashboards and reporting features.

- Strong hands-on experience with IBM OpenPages ORGS.
- Experience creating dashboards directly within IBM OpenPages.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant IBM OpenPages experience is highly preferred.
