As a SAP-FICO-Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP finance applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP finance applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will enable clients to optimize financial processes, improve financial reporting, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain professional standards. You will focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating increasingly complex situations, and growing your personal brand.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project, prepare deliverables, and contribute to the development of your own and the team’s technical skills. You will also work on developing internal relationships and your PwC brand, confirming compliance matters, and keeping up to date with local and national business and economic issues.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP finance solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP finance applications
- Optimizing financial processes and improving financial reporting for clients
- Configuring and solutioning SAP FI and CO modules, including General Ledger, Taxation, and Asset Accounting
- Managing end-to-end implementation projects in SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4 Hana environments
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP FI with other modules like SD, MM, and HR
- Utilizing peripheral tools such as Trintech and Ariba to enhance SAP FI/CO functionalities
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide strategic insights
- Developing internal relationships and enhancing the PwC brand through client interactions
- Validating compliance with financial regulations and standards within project deliverables
- Mentoring junior team members to develop their technical acumen and project management skills

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP FI-CO module implementation and configuration
- Utilizing knowledge of peripheral tools like Trintech, RAR, CFIN, Coupa, Ariba
- Excelling in team handling and people management skills
- Developing internal relationships and personal branding within PwC
- Navigating complex business issues with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
