The role is responsible to analyse technical trade-offs, determine the primary components and subsystems, identify the interfaces and collaborations between them and define non-functional requirements. More specifically you will: * Own the end-to-end high level solution design of complex projects, identify involved systems and subsystems and act as a technical leader for domain architects, engineers, system integrators * Identify opportunities for modernization and improvements, exploring industry standards and solution alternatives, while applying architecture best practices, golden rules and patterns. * Establish critical non functional requirements (NFRs), ensuring resilient, secure and cost-effective solutions * Work with and strongly influence business and technical stakeholders, maintaining a balance between delivery and technology transformation * Participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning, System Demos and Inspect and Adapt events ## Who you are * Experience in solution architecture & design in a telco business context and exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments * 5-7 years of experience in at least three disciplines, such as business, information, solution or technical architecture, application development, middleware, information analysis, database management or operations in a multitier environment * Self – motivated with strong time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple balls * Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with high-level of creativity and ability to influence, mentor, and collaborate with agile development teams * Experience working with agile methodologies and apply agile ways of working is strongly preferred * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both Greek & English and with both technical and business audiences * Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or other related field ## Not a perfect fit?
