- Experience: 13+ years with AI Powered Tech Talent
- Minimum 3 end-to-end BY TMS implementations
- Deep expertise across the BY TMS landscape and transportation transformation programs
- Experience leading large-scale implementations, distributed teams, and client engagements
- Strong capabilities in solution architecture, delivery governance, pre-sales, and practice development
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to enhance software capabilities.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience across multiple BY TMS modules
- Experience in BY TMS Cloud and On-Prem to Cloud migrations
- Strong understanding of transportation and logistics business processes
- Experience with One Network is a strong advantage
- Blue Yonder certifications preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Transportation Management.
- Strong expertise in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration of transportation management systems with other enterprise applications.
- Skilled in performance optimization and code quality assurance.
