GO BACK Intern-Government Affairs Department: University & Internships Location: Malaysia Department: University & Internships Location: Malaysia Job Description • Policy Analysis: Monitor and analyze legislative developments and regulatory trends impacting the digital economy. This includes but not limited to e commerce, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, data protection.• Project Management: Support the execution of strategic initiatives and advocacy campaigns from inception to completion.• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide policy insights and ensure business operations align with the wider Alibaba ecosystem.• Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in maintaining a map of key stakeholders, regulators, and industry associations. Job Requirements • Minimum Bachelors degree in Law, Communications.• Proactive team player who is able to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess high cultural intelligence.• Excellent communication and written skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to navigate sensitive discussions and build rapport with internal and external parties.• Ability to work independently.
