In this driving post, you will remain visible to help deter security-related incidents while working as part of an agile, reliable team that puts people first and acts with integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule:DayTimeWed05:45 PM - 06:00 AMThur05:45 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do:Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, screening visitors, verifying identification, and documenting entry and exit activity at a government location.Monitor assigned entrances, exits, gates, and restricted areas to help support authorized access for staff, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors in accordance with post orders and facility policies.Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help identify security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues that should be reported.Prepare accurate logs, reports, and incident documentation related to access control activity, visitor processing, key or credential accountability, and other security-related duties.
