Group Finance aims to deliver world-class standards in reporting, financial planning and finance processes. We provide insights and analyses that help the bank make sound business decisions – whether in the areas of product development or customer profitability. We also provide capital management, business planning, forecasting, and tax and accounting advisory services.

Responsibilities ​

• Responsible for monthly ALCO Special Agenda including ideating and formulating the recommendations, and to follow-up decisions made in ALCO;

• Responsible for any strategic initiatives &/ projects made and pursued in CT (e.g. 2021-22 IBOR decom, non-contractual product behavioralization studies, etc);

• Monitoring and/or executing Corporate Account portfolios (inc. DRP);

• Continuous review on B/S structure and product pricing, and propose strategy/actions to shape the B/S towards the target and efficiency;

• Responsible for the capital management, monitoring and analysis of the drivers, and including for ICAAP and other stress tests e.g. BUST, RCP

• To assist new products/ activities from ALM perspectives;

• To assist for Tier 2 and HO long-term borrowing;

• To assist for any local regulators’ requests, and As a back-up for FTP management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ALM/Market Risk/Corporate Treasury
