As an Acceleration Center - Data Engineer - Senior Associate, you will leverage advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. Within our Tax practice, you will focus on utilizing skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, learning how to manage and inspire others while navigating increasingly complex situations. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work and embracing ambiguity as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on leveraging data to drive insights and make informed business decisions. You will utilize a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems, while developing a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing. Responsibilities
- Leveraging advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making
- Utilizing skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems
- Building and maintaining meaningful client connections to understand and anticipate their needs
- Navigating complex situations to deliver quality solutions and grow personal skills
- Developing and implementing data integration and data quality improvement plans
- Conducting exploratory data analysis to inform insights and recommendations
- Creating and managing dashboards using tools to visualize data effectively
- Collaborating with teams to design and optimize data pipelines and data warehouses
- Applying machine learning and predictive modeling techniques to enhance business outcomes
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all data analysis activities

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in any related area, must have 100% credits and obtained "Título"
- At least 4 years of experience in related roles
- Oral and written proficiency in English required (B2 at least)

- Strong experience with Snowflake, Sigma and/or Databricks

- Ability to work with large, complex datasets and ensure data accuracy
