You Are:
Technical Program Lead for acts as the primary liaison between high-profile clients and cross-functional engineering teams, ensuring the successful planning, coordination, and execution of complex technical initiatives. This role provides strategic leadership to geographically dispersed teams, manages client relationships, oversees technical project delivery, and ensures outcomes are achieved on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual and organizational standards. The Technical Manager is responsible for fostering collaboration across business units, driving continuous improvement, and aligning projects with enterprise objectives. 
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for key stakeholders clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead, mentor, and support engineering teams across multiple locations, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Plan, organize, and oversee technical projects, ensuring effective resource utilization, adherence to timelines, and delivery of contract requirements.
  • Remediation & Risk Management: Develop, communicate, and monitor remediation plans; proactively identify and address risks and issues to maintain project momentum.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate activities across business units, facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, financial tracking, and reporting; oversee contract deliverables and resource planning to optimize outcomes.
  • Deployment & Process Support: Coordinate technical deployments, hardware installations and support software development and project management processes, leveraging tools such as Jira, GitHub, Confluence and Linux Administration.
  • Standards & Compliance: Ensure projects are executed in accordance with organizational standards, policies, and contractual obligations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote best practices, drive process improvements, and mentor team members to enhance performance and capability. 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Active TS/SCI
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage fast-paced, dynamic projects
  • Working knowledge of Linux and datacenter environments
  • Experience coordinating software implementations and training 
  • Familiarity with Jira, GitHub, and Confluence
  • Experience with budget management, financial reporting, contracts, and resource planning
  • Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving abilities 

 

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
