Product Structure Value Stream Engineer
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Create, maintain, and continuously improve Engineering Master (EM) documents that define the standard product configurations of both existing and new products.
• Manage product structure data in Oracle including EM picks, Part Numbers, Engineering & Sales BOMs, Nameplate values and descriptive elements values.
• Drive ETO-CTO conversion initiatives by identifying frequently ordered customer configurations and standardizing them into scalable product offerings.
• Support new product introductions, sustaining engineering activities, and operational projects through effective product structure implementation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Design Engineers, Product Engineers, Marketing, Sales, Application Engineers, Order Entry, Manufacturing… to balance their requirements and develop effective and sustainable EM solutions.
• Communicate closely with Product Engineers, Marketing and Product Modeling team to ensure timely and accurate implementation of engineering changes in Fisher First 2 (FF2).
• Investigate product structure configuration and data integrity issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate cross-functional resolution efforts.
• Implement EM and Oracle related Engineering Change Requests (ECRN).
• Utilize data analysis, automation and business intelligence tools to assist with product structuring decisions and enhance efficiency.

For This Role, You Will Need:
• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Automation or a related engineering discipline
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
• Basic analytical skills and interest in data analysis, process improvement, and digital technologies
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle, in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Strong understanding of product structures, and Control Valve engineering fundamentals
• Knowledge of data analytics and digital tools such as SQL, Power BI or Power Query
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a global environment
• Takes initiative to learn new knowledge and skills
