Job Summary:

Recognized as a subject matter expert and strategic leader in People Strategy, Organizational Effectiveness, and Transformation. Leads large-scale, highly complex cross-functional programs that have a significant impact on business performance, organizational capability, and employee experience. Shapes strategy and drives enterprise-wide execution through influence, governance, and stakeholder leadership. Operates with broad autonomy, advises senior executives, and plays a key role in aligning people's initiatives with long-term business objectives. Frequently leads through others and is viewed as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Transformation

  • Partner with executive and senior leadership teams to define, evolve, and execute the enterprise People Strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, business growth objectives, and workforce needs.

  • Lead the governance, prioritization, and delivery of a portfolio of complex, enterprise-wide People Strategy initiatives and transformation programs, balancing competing priorities, resources, risks, and organizational dependencies.

  • Translate business strategy into multi-year people transformation roadmaps encompassing organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership capability, talent development, employee experience, and cultural transformation.

  • Identify emerging organizational trends, workforce risks, and strategic opportunities, providing data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to strengthen organizational capability and readiness.

Program and Portfolio Management

  • Establish and oversee program governance frameworks, success measures, operating cadences, and executive reporting mechanisms to ensure effective execution and accountability across the People Strategy portfolio.

  • Drive alignment across business units, HR Centers of Excellence, People Partners, and functional leaders to ensure seamless integration and execution of strategic people initiatives.

  • Lead enterprise-wide change management efforts for transformational programs, ensuring adoption, capability building, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable outcomes.

  • Oversee resource planning, funding requirements, risk management, and benefits realization across strategic people initiatives.

Executive Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to executive leaders, influencing decisions related to workforce transformation, organizational design, talent strategy, and change management.

  • Facilitate executive steering committees, governance forums, and leadership reviews to drive decision-making, remove barriers, and ensure strategic alignment.

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships across HR, Finance, Operations, Communications, and Business Leadership teams to ensure successful delivery of organization-wide transformation priorities.

Organizational Effectiveness & Analytics

  • Define and monitor key success metrics, organizational health indicators, and workforce outcomes to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of People Strategy initiatives.

  • Leverage workforce analytics, employee insights, market intelligence, and external benchmarks to inform strategic recommendations and continuous improvement efforts.

  • Assess organizational readiness and capability needs, recommending interventions that improve effectiveness, employee engagement, leadership capability, and business performance.

Leadership & Capability Building

  • Provide thought leadership, coaching, and strategic guidance to People Partners, project leaders, and transformation teams.

  • Lead cross-functional teams and influence resources across organizational boundaries to achieve strategic objectives and drive enterprise results.

  • Establish best practices, methodologies, and governance standards for people transformation and organizational change initiatives across the company

Job Requirements:

Education

  • Minimum Requirement - Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferred - Master's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

8–12+ years of progressive experience in:

  • People Strategy
  • Organizational Effectiveness
  • HR Transformation
  • Enterprise Program Management
  • Organizational Change Management
  • Strategic Workforce Planning
  • Leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives and partnering directly with executive leadership strongly preferred.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
