Copilot Support Specialist:
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Role Summary
Provide first-line support for employees for Microsoft Copilot, including login, access, troubleshooting, feature guidance, and issue escalation.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide Level 1 support for Microsoft Copilot users.
· Troubleshoot login, access, and application availability issues.
· Assist users with basic Copilot features and usage questions.
· Document incidents and resolutions.
· Escalate complex issues to the Team Lead.
· Maintain FAQs and user guides.
Requirements
· 1-3 years of IT Helpdesk, Service Desk, or Technical Support experience.
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
· Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
· Experience with ticketing systems preferred.
· Willingness to learn Microsoft Copilot technologies.
