Senior Web Project Specialist
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Web Editor with deep expertise in Sitecore CMS to manage, publish, and govern content across our website. This role sits at the intersection of content operations, technical CMS administration, and coordination with business stakeholders — ensuring the website is accurate, on-brand, well-governed, and continuously optimized through personalization and data-driven insights.
The ideal candidate combines hands-on Sitecore authoring skills with a strong understanding of information architecture, personalization strategy, cross-functional project delivery and a solid business acumen in an enterprise environment.
Experience with AI Agent Development and the building of multi-agent systems and agentic workflows are a plus.
Key responsibilities for the role
Solid expertise with Sitecore CMS Content Management & Publishing, with 5+ years of hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS (Experience Editor, Content Editor, Experience Platform/XP or XM Cloud).
Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), dashboard tools, and heatmap/session recording tools.
Strong experience with Jira (requirement gathering, ticket writing, sprint tracking) and Confluence (documentation).
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across Marketing, SEO, Dev, and Platform teams.
Strong communication skills — able to explain technical/CMS concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing recurring/repetitive tasks efficiently.
Proactive problem solver who can work independently and escalate appropriately.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed enterprise environment.
The ideal candidate would also have:
experience from a large enterprise/corporate website environment (B2B preferred).
familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools.
experience with content governance frameworks, editorial standards, and content lifecycle management.
experience with SEO best practices and working alongside SEO specialists.
had exposure to Sitecore XM Cloud / headless architecture is a plus.
basic understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
