Sr. Specialist, Regional Launch Lead

As a Senior Specialist, Regional Launch Lead, you will play a critical role in execution and achievement of Launch Excellence performance targets for global and regional priority product launches of our Animal Health products.
This position will work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Finance stakeholders to build a robust demand and supply plan and ensure we get new products to the right customer, at the right place, at the right time. The role will act as a point of contact for Commercial markets for launch excellence and execution and engage with the regions and escalate issues and opportunities to the appropriate stakeholders. The Regional team will also partner closely with the Value Chain Leads and the regional marketing leads to facilitate launches on time. In addition to overall launch management, you will also co-lead efforts to enhance and standardize launch processes, measurement tools, and the communication of launch performance. Be a Catalyst for Success: Your Responsibilities
You'll partner with the Value Chain Leads, supporting global launches and coordinating priority regional launches in alignment with global strategies to ensure timely execution.
Organize and lead Regional Launch Supply Execution Teams to facilitate on-time launches.
Act as the primary contact for commercial markets to execute priority launches, engaging with the region to escalate issues and opportunities to the right stakeholders.
Participate actively in Regional S&OPs, sharing launch status updates and valuable insights confidently with regional senior leaders and teams.
Collaborate with markets in prioritizing and planning their launches, securing commitments from the countries for timely forecasts and preparations.
You'll track, maintain, and report on overall launch status and KPIs for priority launches.
Identify gaps, drive continuous improvement in launch processes, and develop standardization tools to embed these processes within the organization.
Support Launch Excellence initiatives as needed, contributing to our overarching goals.
What You Bring: Your Qualifications
Required
You hold a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
You have 5 – 7+ years of relevant experience in an international production organization with multiple sites, gaining a broad comprehension of supply chain management, planning, and market or site operations.
Demonstrated ability to influence peers, higher band levels, and members outside your immediate organization.
Exceptional communication skills, international and cross-functional mindset, and interpersonal prowess, enabling you to develop and maintain strong relationships across various levels and cultures.
A proactive approach, simplifying complex problems for different groups, and communicating clearly and concisely.
Preferred
Expertise in business process development and execution, making you a valuable addition to our team.

The salary range for this role is
$106,200.00 - $167,200.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
