🩺 CNA Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality resident care
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Ensure resident comfort, dignity, and safety
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
- Accurately document care and report changes in condition
✅ CNA Requirements
- Active California CNA certification
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
- Strong commitment to resident-centered care
- Ability to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing/post-acute setting
- SNF experience preferred, but not required
