Client Manager - Marine
We will count on you to:
Provides day-to-day service to clients in Marine/ Cargo industry to ensure that their risk management needs are appropriately met
Managing and servicing existing portfolio, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities from existing clients and elsewhere
Assisting in the design of insurance solutions to meet client needs and ensure client satisfaction
Responsible for the execution of the renewal strategy in accordance with client instructions
Coaching supporting staff to deliver timely and focused customer service
Observing, implementing and enforcing operation policies and procedures
Implementing action plans prepared by supervisors to meet team goals and targets
What you need to have:
University or college graduate in maritime law, international shipping or transport logistics
Qualification in ANZIIF or ACII is preferable
Possesses solid insurance brokerage, account management, servicing and sales skills
At least 3 - 5 years’ relevant experience in insurance with Marine insurance market knowledge is essential
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to build and forge strong relationship with major market partners
Proficient in written / spoken English and Chinese. Able to understand/ speak Putonghua is of preference
Good PC Skills, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Ambitious, solution focus and with strong skills in client relationship management
