Job Description Summary
The Shop Fulfillment Coordinator (PB) supports the timely and accurate delivery of parts for the global overhaul shops and customers. This role supports manage order tracking, inventory accuracy, and part availability. The coordinator collaborates with various departments including sourcing, logistics, and engineering, gaining exposure to supply chain processes while contributing to daily operations and process improvements.Job Description
Essential Functions:
- Lead daily tracking of part availability and communicate status updates to the overhaul shops and customers.
- Assist in resolving part-related issues by escalating concerns to the appropriate teams.
- Monitor and update part order statuses in Oracle.
- Maintain accurate records of part locations and expected delivery timelines in dashboards and tracking tools.
- Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and identify potential improvements.
- Support in developing standard operating procedures related to order management and material handling.
- Support data entry and reporting tasks related to inventory, part readiness, and order execution.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making on part prioritization and allocation.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve visibility and communication across the fulfillment process.
Basic Qualifications:
- Ability to work 1st Shift (7am-4pm)
- Hybrid: Primarily remote but in office up to 3 days a week depending on the business
- Bachelors Degree and 2 years of Parts Fulfillment and/or Materials experience with cross-functional exposure (Manufacturing, Sourcing, Logistics, and Warehousing teams) OR High School Diploma/GED and 5 years experience
- Knowledge of Aeroderivative products/business
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $72,400.00 and $108,600.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
