About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a talented Graphic Designer to own and execute brand visuals across marketing campaigns, social media, digital advertising, presentations, and print.

This is more than a task-based production design role. You’ll be responsible for translating marketing concepts into compelling visual assets, maintaining a consistent brand identity, and creating creative that supports engagement and campaign performance.

The ideal candidate combines a strong design eye, brand thinking, and execution speed and can comfortably manage multiple projects in a fast-moving remote environment.

What You’ll Own

Marketing & Campaign Design

  • Design high-quality creative for social media, email campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and sales initiatives.
  • Translate campaign briefs and marketing concepts into compelling visual assets.
  • Create designs optimized for engagement, click-through rates, and brand recognition.
  • Adapt creative concepts across different platforms, audiences, and formats.
  • Produce multiple creative variations for campaigns and testing when needed.

Brand Identity & Visual Consistency

  • Build, maintain, and apply brand guidelines across all creative.
  • Work with typography, color systems, layouts, and visual identity elements.
  • Ensure consistency across digital and offline touchpoints.
  • Help strengthen brand recognition through cohesive visual execution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the overall quality and consistency of brand assets.

Digital & Advertising Creative

  • Create:
    • Social media graphics
    • Web banners
    • Landing page graphics
    • Display advertisements
    • Paid social creatives
  • Design assets for platforms including LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Display Network.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align creative with campaign objectives and messaging.
  • Optimize designs for different dimensions, placements, and platform requirements.

Print & Marketing Collateral

  • Design brochures, flyers, posters, event materials, and other marketing collateral.
  • Prepare professional, print-ready files with appropriate specifications.
  • Maintain consistency between digital and print brand experiences.

Motion & Creative Enhancements

  • Create simple animations, GIFs, and motion graphics.
  • Use Adobe After Effects or similar tools to bring static creative to life.
  • Support marketing campaigns with lightweight motion and video assets where appropriate.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams.
  • Understand campaign briefs, objectives, audiences, and messaging before beginning creative execution.
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback efficiently while maintaining design quality.
  • Manage multiple requests and deadlines without sacrificing attention to detail.

Asset Management & Delivery

  • Prepare and deliver organized files in formats including AI, PSD, PNG, and PDF.
  • Maintain clean and structured creative asset libraries.
  • Follow consistent naming and version-control practices.
  • Ensure teams can easily locate and reuse approved creative assets.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding and marketing-focused design work.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
    • Adobe Illustrator
    • Adobe Photoshop
    • Adobe InDesign
  • Experience designing for both digital and print channels.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.
  • Strong visual storytelling abilities.
  • Ability to translate marketing concepts into polished creative.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working remotely during U.S. client business hours.

Nice to Have

  • Motion graphics or video editing experience.
  • Experience with Adobe After Effects.
  • Familiarity with Figma and Canva.
  • Previous experience supporting SaaS companies, marketing agencies, or e-commerce brands.
  • Understanding of marketing performance metrics such as CTR, engagement, and conversions.
  • Experience designing paid advertising creative for Meta, LinkedIn, or Google campaigns.
