- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of technical strategies to meet project objectives.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong knowledge of production planning processes and discrete manufacturing workflows.
- Experience in designing scalable software architectures tailored to manufacturing environments.
- Ability to ensure software solutions meet performance and quality benchmarks.
- Skilled in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex software projects.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges across integrated systems.
